Storefront
Terms of Service
These terms cover the $149 per month Storefront subscription for home-service contractors.
The service
These Terms of Service govern use of Storefront, a subscription for home-service contractors. The subscription is $149 per month.
An active subscription includes a website presence, online booking, an AI receptionist, review tools, and customer invoicing. Features that require an active subscription stop when the subscription is not active.
300 AI receptionist minutes included every month. Minutes above that allowance are $0.20 per minute. Partial minutes round up, and only calls answered by the AI receptionist count. A separate monthly voice spend cap still applies and can block further outbound AI calls.
Billing and renewal
The subscription is billed monthly in advance through our payments provider and renews each month until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added. AI-minute overage is metered and billed for the same period.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the period you already paid for ends. Fees already charged, including metered overage, are not refunded except where the law requires a refund. Unused included minutes are not refunded.
Text messages
Providing a phone number does not opt you or your customers into SMS. Only an explicit opt-in is consent to receive transactional SMS from Storefront, and you agree to collect that same explicit opt-in from your own customers before we text them. We record three consent types, matching the product consent log: booking confirmations and reminders (booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and the short acknowledgement after a web booking, only after an explicit opt-in), marketing messages (promotional messages, only after a separate opt-in), and review requests (a request for a review after a completed job, only after an explicit opt-in). Message frequency varies with bookings, reminders, and review requests, and is typically a few messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You are responsible for the consent you collect from your customers and for not texting a number that has opted out.
AI receptionist calls
Calls handled by the AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed, and callers are notified at the start of the call.
Acceptable use
You may not use Storefront to break the law, send messages without the consent described above, hide that a caller is speaking with an automated receptionist, interfere with the service, probe or overload it, or attempt to access another contractor’s data. You are responsible for the business details, prices, and hours you publish.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for abuse of the service or of messaging and calling, or when a carrier, payments provider, or the law requires it. We will restore access when the cause is fixed, unless the account has been closed.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the subscription is limited to the fees you paid us for Storefront during the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, carrier or model delays, or other indirect damages. Where the law does not allow a limit, it applies only as far as it may.
Your customer data
You own the customer data you and your customers submit, including booking details, call transcripts, and SMS logs. You give us permission to host and process that data only to provide the service. The Privacy Policy describes the handling.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version marker and Last updated date at the top of this page will change. If you keep using Storefront after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not, cancel the subscription.
